Nicole Macleod has a life-long history of caring for animals. Her childhood was spent rescuing and caring for various types of wildlife and her own pets.

Nicole started her journey as a part-time sitter with an online pet minding service in 2018. After completing a Certificate II in Animal Studies from the Taronga Training Insitute, overwhelming demand from satisfied customers gave birth to the idea of Precious Pals, which opened its doors in 2019.

Offering individualised home-based care, Precious Pals Pet Minding is unique on the Northern Beaches.
